The work is done!! The outside has been sided, the ceramic tile has been layed, the furniture has been put back in place.
I still haven't finished the stairs. That's today's project. The garage door and corner pieces still haven't been painted. Those are for this weekend. With any luck, the house will be back on the market by Monday.
It's been over a month since we took the sign down. I really hope that all the blood, sweat, and tears that went into this past months work will pay off. We're not expecting to relist it for a HUGE amount. Just the opposite--we're still going to keep it low in order to sell. But now, there's nothing that anyone has to do to it. It's completely moveinable.
